Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, because many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we have the following policy:

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The  item has all tags and accessories included
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation

What Can Be Returned

  • Standard (non-custom) lanyards and wall mounts
  • Items purchased at full price

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized orders (including custom graphics, colors, or made-to-order designs)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days

Return Process

  1. Contact us at Tethercraft@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
