Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following standard shipping rates based on order weight:
- 0–0.5 lb: $4.99
- 0.5–1 lb: $6.99
- 1–2 lb: $8.99
- 2–4 lb: $11.99
- 4–8 lb: $14.99
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide via DHL Express and USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
